1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using VisiaGEO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Our services are designed for B2B use and require professional conduct.
2. Description of Service & AI Nature Disclaimer
VisiaGEO provides an AI-driven Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) diagnostic and intelligence platform. We evaluate brand visibility, citation rate, and presence across multiple third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) engines (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral AI, Perplexity, and DeepSeek).
All scores, metrics (including GEO Score, Mention Rate, Share of Voice, Sentiment), and recommendations are analytical estimates provided for diagnostic and strategic advisory purposes. Because third-party AI models and web crawlers evolve dynamically and non-deterministically, VisiaGEO does not guarantee specific positioning, ranking, or citation outcomes in third-party AI engines.
3. Brand Ownership & Authorization Warranty
By submitting a brand name and website URL for audit, you explicitly certify and warrant that you are the legal owner of the brand and domain, or an authorized representative (employee, consultant, or agency) duly mandated to initiate technical and semantic audits on the designated entity. You agree to hold VisiaGEO harmless from any third-party claims arising from unauthorized or unlawful submissions.
4. Subscriptions, Credits, Right of Withdrawal & Guarantee
VisiaGEO offers subscription plans (Starter, Premium, Agency) as well as pay-as-you-go credit packages. All transactions and recurring billings are processed securely through Stripe.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Starter, Premium, Agency Subscriptions): To ensure complete peace of mind, all new subscribers are covered by our 14-day satisfaction refund guarantee. You may request a 100% refund of your initial billing period within 14 calendar days from subscription date, provided you have consumed no more than one (1) audit credit on your account. If two (2) or more credits have been consumed, the service is deemed fully delivered and utilized, and no refund will be issued.
Subscription Cancellation & Renewal: Subscriptions carry zero long-term commitment. You may cancel automatic renewals at any time in 1 click directly from your account settings.
Pay-As-You-Go Credit Packs:
- Unused Credits: Eligible purchasers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from purchase, provided that no credits (0 credits) have been consumed.
- Consumed Credits: As soon as an audit or AI scan is initiated, real-time LLM inference and diagnostics are fully delivered, rendering used credits non-refundable.
Scheduled Recurring Audits: Configured recurring audits (daily, weekly, or monthly) automatically consume plan quotas or available credits upon each scheduled execution until paused or deleted.
5. API Keys & Developer Access
Subscribers granted API access are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their private API keys and Bearer tokens. Any request or credit consumption authenticated with your API credentials will be deemed authorized and initiated by your organization.
6. Data Usage & Web Extraction
